Exchange and Return Policy

•     Exchange or refund can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.

•     The product must be in its original condition, unused and with the attached crown.

•     Do not accept orders after the expiration of the period or for damaged products or without the crown.

•     Only one procedure is allowed per request (exchange or refund).

•     Exchange and return can only be combined if there is more than one piece in the same order.
