Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and costs:

•     The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return (200 or 240 pounds) even during free shipping.

•     Any additional shipping costs resulting from the replacement shall be borne by the customer.

•     When the request is rejected at the time of inspection with the shipping company, 100 pounds are charged.

Exceptions:

•     In the event of a manufacturing defect or order error, the replacement is free within 7 days.

Refunds:

•     Refunded within 14 working days via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash
